“So I went here on Friday for an emergency appointment. They got me in within 24 hours and if I hadn’t lived so far from the office it would have been the same day I called. Let me say I am completely petrified of the dentist.. like panic attacks and all but they were so understanding and kind to my situation. Dr. Ridge was absolutely amazing, he made me feel so much better being there. He really eased my concerns and fears about the dentist so much so that I actually made an appointment to go and start restoring my smile that I’ve hated my whole life but couldn’t because of my severe phobia. The treatment coordinator, Stephen Ruiz was amazing as well. He helped me set up payment plans and told me all of my options for payments. Without both of them, I’d never been able to start the process of fixing my teeth that I’ve wanted for so long. For the 1st in my life, I’m actually looking forward to a dentist appointment!!!! Thank you all so much for your kindness and understanding. Everyone was absolutely amazing and welcoming. If you are really afraid of the dentist, as I am, I 100% recommend going here.
